Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to try resolve this issue, however it is still there.

For Single Product Pages, the button is there for all products, however I cannot save. (Gives red updating failed. When I disable catalogx or remove the shortcode I can save fine.)

For the Product loop items, something weird is going on.

    1. The button only appears on the very first product and not the other ones. I created a new one and the button was then only available on the newly created product.
    2. The button that appears on the first product immediately opens up the enquiry form and does not take the user to the product page. When I try to use the default add to cart item, it does not appear on the frontend.
    3. The styling is off. Where the Single Product pages button is styled mostly correctly (border is purple for some reason), for the loop items you can only see the purple border, and the button is clickable.

Hopefully this gives you a enough feedback to fix the issue.

    Thanks again

Hello There, Our team has been looking into the issue you encountered while updating the single product page. The error appears to be caused by the shortcode not receiving a proper product ID as earlier.
To be completely transparent, we do not have prior knowledge of how your theme’s custom templates work for the single product page or the “All Loop” page you mentioned earlier. To help us understand the situation better and provide an accurate solution, we kindly request that you review all the flows related to your product page designs on your end and share a detailed list highlighting exactly where you are facing issues with our plugin.
This will allow our development team to clearly understand the setup on your site and dedicate focused effort to provide a precise solution.
We look forward to receiving the details from your side.
    Regards,
    Team CatalogX

    Hi there

if I don’t mention everything in this message you can just go back and see the entire conversation for context, but:

    1. Without using the shortcode, the Enquiry button does not appear on the Product Loop Template nor the Single Product Template. These templates basically override the default woocommerce loop and single product pages.
    2. When trying to use the shortcode on these templates:
2.1 The button only appears on the very first product and not the other products. Styling is also off.
2.2 The button appears fine on Single Product Pages, however:
2.3 For both, you cannot save the template (Gives red updating failed. When I disable catalogx or remove the shortcode I can save fine.)

If you say the product ID not being assigned is the issue, we need to figure out how to assign a product Id dynamically based on the relevant product. This should be very easy to replicate the issue.

Thank you for your quick response.
However, we are currently unable to access the site you shared.
Could you please check and provide the access so that we can follow the exact steps you mentioned on your site and debug further?

    Hello There,
Thank you for your continued cooperation and support. We’ve reviewed the issues you mentioned on your site, and based on our initial checks, the errors you’re encountering during updates should not normally occur, as we’ve already implemented the necessary changes within the plugin files.
However, it appears that a more detailed investigation is required to understand how our plugin’s shortcode is interacting with the custom templates of your currently active theme. To ensure a proper resolution, we’d like to escalate this matter to our core development team for deeper analysis.
To assist them in reproducing and diagnosing the problem accurately, we kindly request you to share:
    — Videos demonstrating the steps to recreate each issue.
    — Detailed information about all the affected sections or pages (as we’re not entirely certain which areas are impacted).
Having all this information documented in one place will help us forward a comprehensive report to the development team, allowing them to begin working on a fix promptly.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together to resolve these issues. We’ll look forward to receiving the detailed documentation from your end.

    Warm regards,
    Team CatalogX
