Keymaster@andy Thanks for reaching out.
As you may already know with this update, we have completely revamped CatalogX with new features and an improved coding structure. As part of this, the shortcodes have also been updated.
However, not to worry—you can use the following shortcode to add the enquiry button in the latest version of CatalogX:
[catalogx_enquiry_button]
Also we recommend using the Enquiry Button block(https://tinyurl.com/2daavpv7) for better flexibility and integration.
Let us know if you have any other questions—we’re happy to help!Regards

ParticipantHi Sangita
Thanks for the update. I am using the new short code and im using WP Bakery builder and the button wont load.
Its used in a custom template and worked fine with the old version?
This is the page it should add the button to https://jonathansainsburyinspiration.co.uk/product/lancaster-chair/Any ideas why its not working?

KeymasterHello @Andy, Sorry to hear you’re experiencing an issue. We’ve tested the flow on our end, and the phone number is appearing correctly in the email once it is entered by the user — as shown in this screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/2db82n8u.
Since the issue seems to be specific to your setup, we kindly request you to create a staging site that mirrors your live environment. Please share the staging site URL along with temporary admin and FTP access, so our team can investigate the issue directly and assist you further. Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.Best regards,

KeymasterHello Andy, Thank you for getting back to us. We’re glad to hear that the issue with the phone number field is now resolved on your end.
Regarding the ability to mark fields as required—this feature is available with CatalogX Pro (https://catalogx.com/pricing/). With the Pro version, you’ll also have the flexibility to customize the enquiry form fields based on your requirements, along with access to advanced enquiry and messaging features. You can explore more details here: https://catalogx.com/docs/enquiry-communication/.
If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to let us know.
Regards
